這是什麼
餐廳每天在粉專和 IG 收到大量重複問題——幾點營業、一個人多少錢、可不可以訂位、有沒有停車位。 HUYNI 回你幫店家接住這些訊息：能答的照店家核准的文案回，答不出來的不亂猜，轉給真人。
店家連接自己的社群帳號後，在後台自行設定要回什麼、什麼時候開、什麼時候關。 所有對外文案都由店家自己審核，我們不代替店家做承諾。
支援的平台
一則訊息進來會發生什麼
- 透過各平台官方 API 收到留言或私訊
- 判斷這是哪一類問題（營業時間、價格、訂位、客訴…）
- 命中店家已核准的文案 → 照文案回覆
- 沒有對應文案，或問題比較複雜 → AI 依店家提供的資料回覆
- AI 也答不了、或判斷是客訴 → 不回答，標記在後台待辦並通知店家
- 真人客服接手之後，AI 自動閉嘴，不會插話
公開留言與私訊的處理刻意不同。 公開版面上答錯是公開處刑，所以留言回覆的文字 100% 來自店家事先核准的文案，系統只負責選哪一則、不自行造句。 私訊是一對一，才會讓 AI 依店家提供的資料生成回覆。客訴一律只擬稿、不自動發布， 要店家在後台按下確認才會貼出去。
店家自己就能維運
- 回覆文案與知識庫在後台直接改，改完立即生效
- 檔期活動設好結束日期就自動失效，不用記得回來關
- 自動回覆開關隨時可關；新連接的粉專預設是觀察模式，不會回覆任何人
- 粉專由店家自己在 Facebook 官方授權畫面連接，不需要把管理權交給我們，也不需要提供任何密碼

HUYNI (formerly DianXiaoEr) is a B2B social customer-service automation service for restaurant businesses in Taiwan. Merchants connect their own Facebook Page (and its linked Instagram Business account) through Facebook's official permission dialog — we never ask for platform passwords or Page ownership transfer.
Once connected, the service receives customer comments and messages via the official APIs, classifies them by intent, and replies. Public comment replies use only merchant-approved fixed text — the system selects which approved reply to use and never composes new wording in public. Direct messages use a hybrid approach: common questions reuse the same merchant-approved text verbatim, while conversational or unclassified questions are answered by an AI assistant grounded in the facts the merchant supplied. Complaints are never auto-published — the system drafts a reply and a human at the restaurant must approve it.
Anything the AI cannot answer is flagged in the merchant console for a human to handle. Newly connected Pages start in observation mode (receive and log only, no replies) until the merchant explicitly turns replies on.
